- There is no longer a need to go to Pretoria for fingerprint scans, the complete application can be handled in Durban
- Applications are handled by appointment only.

To also ease the process of the application you can already complete the application form from the comfort of your home. Kindly print the application form double sided on one sheet of paper and fill it in. You are required to bring along one biometric photograph, all requested certificates as well as your current identification documents (passport, ID-Book etc.). The original plus 2 copies each need to be supplied.
